Response to MLRD request for evidence that agreements exist <br />between owners of various structures that may be affected by <br />the proposed mining operation follows: <br />a) Signed agreement with McCann Ditch is forthcoming and <br />/~ will be supplied in the near future. <br />~" ~ Impr•overnent agr•eernents along Old Brighton Road have <br />v been reached antl approved by the City of Br•iohton. <br />Copies of a letter to Bub Banquist with the Gity of <br />Brighton, and of a sketch of the proposed inrprovernent~~ <br />is included at back of this r•esoonse. <br />c) Coors Energy owns the gas walls acrd associated <br />pipelines on-site. We have attempted, and as of yet, <br />have been unsuccessful in obtaining a letter of'' <br />agr•eenrent to our• proposal. Coar•s has agreed to supply <br />us with an approval letter, however, this has not beer~r <br />received and if it is not supplied pr•ior• to final <br />processing of this application, we request to proceed <br />with Lhe plans as proposed. A copy of our• letter sent <br />to Lee Killibaugh of Coors Energy is attached to they <br />end of this response. <br />/d) The water walla are awned by the property owner and <br />will 6e removed. <br />~) Power• lines on-site provide energy to purnos at the <br />water wells, and likewise will be rernovetl, <br />J c. Proposed mining and reclamation activities will have no <br />effect on the Brighton Ditch Headgate. <br />
