At the time of our
soil removal process irrigation return water was entering the site and we were unable to
determine if any ground water was exposed. On February 6, 2001 a field survey of the
subject site was conducted. Since irrigation water or storm water had not entered the site
since October, 2000, we are of the opinion that the.standing water as of the survey date is
ground water. Results of our survey revealed 42,700. square feet of standing water
between six and eight inches deep was evident on the site.
If you have any questions, or require any additona] information do not hesitate to contact
our otiice.
Respectfully,
~~at
Tom Logue
