CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL
® The proposed operation does vot anticipate exposing groundwater. Therefore, exposure of ground water must not
occur durirtig or after mitring operations.
^ The proposed operation will consume ground water by ^evaporation, ^dust control, ^reclazrration, ^water
removed in the Wined product, ^proccssing, ^other:
Prior to initiation of these uses of ground water, the applicant will treed to obtain either a gravel pit or other type
of well pemtit, as applicable. Prior lb obmirdng a permit, an approved water supply plan or decreed plan for
augmentation is requued.
^ Prior to approving a well permit, the applicant must conduct a field inspection of the site and document the
locatitms of all wells within 600 fcet mile of the permit area. The applicant nnut then obtain a waive: of
objection from all well owners with wells within 600 feet of the permit area or contact this office regarding the
600 Coot spacing notification hearing process.
^ The proposed operation tray have potential impact oa existing water rights hear the project location. Please
provide evidence that the proposed project will not alter or impact the historic operation of existing water rights.
^ The applicant has indicated pbtns to use other water for purposes at the permit site. The source of water
for this ttse is to be obtained from .Applicant needs to document that this water was diverted in priority
under a water right decreed for such industrial rue. Applicant should contact the water commssioner for further
information.
^ The applicant has not identified any proposed use of water at the perrnit site. If water will be used for any
puryose at this site, the applicant will treed to document that the aster was obtained ftom a legal source, the water
was diverted in priority under a water right decreed for such industrial use or the use of water was approved by
the Colorado Ground Watet Commession for such industrial use.
