Therefore, exposure of ground water must not <br />occur durirtig or after mitring operations. <br />^ The proposed operation will consume ground water by ^evaporation, ^dust control, ^reclazrration, ^water <br />removed in the Wined product, ^proccssing, ^other: <br />Prior to initiation of these uses of ground water, the applicant will treed to obtain either a gravel pit or other type <br />of well pemtit, as applicable. Prior lb obmirdng a permit, an approved water supply plan or decreed plan for <br />augmentation is requued. <br />^ Prior to approving a well permit, the applicant must conduct a field inspection of the site and document the <br />locatitms of all wells within 600 fcet mile of the permit area. The applicant nnut then obtain a waive: of <br />objection from all well owners with wells within 600 feet of the permit area or contact this office regarding the <br />600 Coot spacing notification hearing process. <br />^ The proposed operation tray have potential impact oa existing water rights hear the project location. Please <br />provide evidence that the proposed project will not alter or impact the historic operation of existing water rights. <br />^ The applicant has indicated pbtns to use other water for purposes at the permit site. The source of water <br />for this ttse is to be obtained from .Applicant needs to document that this water was diverted in priority <br />under a water right decreed for such industrial rue. Applicant should contact the water commssioner for further <br />information. <br />^ The applicant has not identified any proposed use of water at the perrnit site. If water will be used for any <br />puryose at this site, the applicant will treed to document that the aster was obtained ftom a legal source, the water <br />was diverted in priority under a water right decreed for such industrial use or the use of water was approved by <br />the Colorado Ground Watet Commession for such industrial use. <br />
