I would also et this time request further ~inu~en~ce of this application until the February, 1986 Board Meeting.W•S~r"~^ ~~~~~~ The following changes have been made in accordance with your comments: Exhibit C - Pre- Mining and Mining Plana ~1. The map hea been amended to show all adjacent landowners. V2. A copy of the Eaton Ditch pumping agreement has been £orwer- ded to you. The Ditch Company has been shown the mining plan and are aware of the proposed setbacks. Thies agreement is proof of their acceptance of the project. 13. A copy of the letter received from the Union Pacific Railroad is attached for your review. Our mining plan is in compliance with their requirements. f4. The permit boundary has been extended to Willox Lane as requested. /Exhibit D - Mining Plan ,1. The water impoundment that will occur after the project will certainly remain exposed afterwards. During mining, the opera- tion will be run ea a dry pit. Historically this area has been a marsh that discharged directly to the Eaton bitch. After Wining is completed, it will fill and return to a similar state. J2. The topsoil will be placed to a depth of 12 inches as stated. An adequate supply will always be maintained onaite for reclamation.
