Schmieding: <br />I have enclosed four (4) copies of our reclamation plan for Daniels <br />Sand Pit Number Two and request-hearing before the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board to update our 1975 permit Number 46 to a life-of- <br />the mine permit in accordance with the 1976 Mined Land Reclamation <br />Law. <br />• We have 159.4 acreas of affected land in the pit and I have <br />enclosed a check for $1,595.00 per our conversation on June 27, <br />1980.
