Listed below <br />are several issues that require a response from you on or before June 30, 1997. Also, I look forward <br />to meeting with you on Friday, June 27, 1997 to view the proposed site. <br />I ). The site access map is somewhat vague. Please provide an additional map or revise the <br />existing copy to show the location of the pit in relation to Eleven Mile and/or Spinney <br />Reservoir. <br />2). Please revise [he mining plan map to show [he adjacent landowners on all sides of the <br />proposed pit. It appears that Raymond and Carolyn Rugloski are the surface owners of the <br />7.75 acres. Please indicate if they also own the surrounding land. <br />3). The mine plan indicates that there is minimal topsoil available to be salvaged. The <br />reclamation plan indicates that topsoil will be replaced at a depth necessary [o promote <br />proper revegetation, 4 to 6 inches. Please indicate if topsoil and/or suitable seedbed material <br />will be imported for reclamation purposes.
