CONCLUSIONS <br /> <br />The SEDCAD+ demonstration'quantifies the runoff anticipated from the various watersheds fora 10-year 24 <br />hour storm event, and identifies the minimum size of ditches required to convey the runoff to Sedimen[ Pond <br />MB-3. The demonstration also quantifies the sediment loading expected to be discharged into the Pond. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />This certification is limi[ed to office design, based on physipl descriptions and site conditions <br />information provided by Kathy Welt, Environmental and Engineering Supervisor, West Elk <br />Mine, Mountain Coal Company, Cathy liegej, Greystone; and other sources of information <br />as referenced in the above documentation (primarily from previous SEDCAD+ demonstra- <br />tions).
