<br />Introductions were made by Ron Stucki. He apologized in behalf of Chris
<br />Seglem, CWI President, for his absence. Chris's wife is expecting a baby
<br />that is due October 15, and he didn't want to get far from home. Chris has
<br />been, and still is, very instrumental in implementing this program. Ron
<br />then turned the meeting over to Matt Sakurada.
<br />Matt pointed out on the map where existing permits and the long term lease
<br />are located, beginning with a 120 acre fee parcel. He then showed where
<br />the first emergency lease for 311 acres was located and the second emer-
<br />gency lease for 856 acres. After the leases were issued, CWI obtained a 40
<br />• acre fee parcel and a 320 acre lease which was the Farmer's Mine Lease
<br />owned by Pittsburgh and Midway or Gulf Oil. A lease modification was also
