Long <br />Division Dnector <br />Re: Receipt of 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Petwit Application, Dole~al Gravel Pit, <br />F51e No. M-96-073 <br />Dear Mr. Renquist: <br />On September 26, 1996, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 1I0 Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit application for the Dole~al Gravel Pit, which is located in Sedgwick County. All comment and <br />review periods began on September 26, 1996. The decision date for your application is scheduled for <br />October 28, 1996. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notice <br />to all owners of record of surface rights and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 feet of the boundary <br />of the affected land is required within 10 days after submittal. You must submit proof of the notice and mailings, <br />such as CeRified Mail -Return Receipt Requested, to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision <br />date.
