r~
YUST GRAVEL PIT
EXHIBIT "B"
SITE DESCRIPTION

Yust Ranch Gravel Pit is a flat dry alluvial pit with a small gulch at the
West End.
The enclosed Soil Conservation Service Report lists the soils and
vegetation found at the pit site.
There are no streams, springs, lakes, stock water ponds, reservoirs, or aquifers
that would receive drainage directly from the affected area. There is one
irrigation ditch below the pit area that would catch some drainage if we drained it
that way but the stormwater plan has us containing all stormwater on the pit site.
There are no permanent man made structures within 200' of the proposed gravel
pit site. There are two old ranch buildings down below the pit site by the
irrigation ditch we talked about earlier.
A wildlife statement is included which shows no bad impacts on wildlife.
