Banta, <br />Division Director <br />Re: Western Earth Movers, Tripple R Pit, File No. M-91-097, Receipt of 110(2) <br />Reclamation Permit Application <br />Dear Ms. Gray: <br />On August 26, 1991, the Division received the reclamation permit application <br />for Western Earth Movers, Watson Pit. Please be advised that there are new <br />permit fees and application requirements based on Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act changes (effective July 1, 1991), and Rule changes (effective <br />January 1, 1991). During our initial review of the application we determined <br />that the following items must be submitted to the Division so that the review <br />process may begin. <br />Application Fee: Please remit an additional fee of $752.50. This is <br />based on the application fee of 5875.00 for all 110(2) applications <br />(House Bill 91-1115). I have enclosed a copy of the new fees for the <br />Division. <br />EXHIBIT I: Proof of filing with the County Clerk and Recorder.
