Continuance to the May 23-24, 2001 MLRB Hearing
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is [o inform you that Platte Sand & Gravel LLC requested a continuance of the S & H Mine, File M-
2000-158 to the ivtay 23-24, 2001 Mined Land Reclamation Board Hearing. ft is the applicant's desire to resolve
all [he flood control/mitigation plan designs before the hearing. Platte Sand & Gravel will file a Technical
Revision [o the esis[ing application, and place a copy of the revision at the Weld County Clerk & Recorder's
Office for public review.
At the request of Platte Sand & Gravel, this item will not be heard at the April 25-26, 2001 Mined Land
Reclamation Board Hearing. The item has been rescheduled for the May 23-24, 2001 Board Hearing starting
at 10:00 a.m. at 1313 Sherman Street, Room #318 in Denver, Colorado.
