EYHIBIT "C"
• (Revised 3-10-78)
n
n4APS 0~' AFFECTED LANDS--PORTLAPID aUARRY
?Rap pcc-13$7 was prepared from aerial photos flown
in October 1976. (Folded and inserted in map pocket inside
back cover). This mapping service is very accurate and
•nas performed by rR & I Consulting Engineers.
(a) Those Ideal property boundaries to be approached
by affected lands abut County, State or U.S. Highways with
few minor exceptions. Lands affected by blasting and lime-
stone removal are presently planned to approach no nearer
• than 400 feet from major highways or inhabited dwellings.
This distance will depend upon actual field seismic data.
Affected land designated nearer than 400 feet from Ideal
property boundaries (map pcc-1337) will be affected only ~
by temporary storage o£ materials to be used as topsoil
or by reclamation grading. Thus, appropriate buffer zones
of Ideal property will separate affected lands from prop-
erties owned by others.
(b) Creeks--Bear Creek drainage through portions of
Sections 9 and 16 will pct be encountered for at least 25
years. Conditions at that time will govern possible re-
routing of the course of this intermittent creek across
. Ideal lands.
Roads--referenced in (a) above are located on ~
man pcc-1337.
