EXHIBIT E (R•. 3-10-78) • 5
(55 to 65 ac:^es east of the crusher) that will not be
• redisturbed by later reclamation of the adjacent portions
of Cuts 7, 9 and 11. This should be ready for drill-type
planting in :.ate 1979 or early 1980. An eastern porticn
of refilled Cut 1 (about 20 acres) will be available for
final grading after Cut #3 is completed earl;j in 1985.
Thereafter, on about 30-month intervals, additional re-
filled cuts averaging 25 to 30 acres each will be ready
for final grading.
(ii) The size of areas to be reclaimed is given above
with the various cuts located on map pcc-1387.
(iii) An outline of the sequence of each stage or phase
of reclamation was given in the mining plan, Exhibit D
• (a) and (e).
g. A description of each of the following.
(i) Final grading - specify maximum anticipated slope
gradient or expected ranges thereof.
(ii) Seeding - specifv types, mixtures, quantities
and expected time(s) of seeding and planting.
(iii) Fertilization--if applicable, specify types,
mixtures, quantities and time of application.
(iv) Revegetation--specify types of trees, shrubs,
etc., quantities, size and location.
(v) Topsoiling--specify anticipated minimum depth
or range of depths for those areas where topsoil
will be replaced.
(i) ?.Rost final reclamation slopes will be flatter than
2 to 1 with the exception of those locations necessary
to blend with areas completed prior to Suly 1, 1976.
The outslones of old overburden deposits have an angle
of repo:;e of about 1.3 to 1.
