A) Legal Description The correct legal description is Section 35, Township 30 <br />as is stated in the Exhibit A. <br />II Exhibit :B: Site Description, In Exhibit G "Source of legal Right to Enter" there <br />is a statement that the lessee agrees to provide compensation for any damages done to <br />the stock pond if any should occur. <br />III The understanding of the Division is con~ect in A., B; in 6.3.3 j we do not <br />anticipate that there will ever be a need for dust abatement. Just put the sentence in if <br />it was ever needed. <br />D. your understanding is correct as we will store all storm water and any sediment on <br />the site. <br />N A. Exhibit D the understanding of the Division is correct in the reclamation as <br />described in the application. <br />B. We received the warranty calculation and are Ok with it.
