Box 39 <br />Hugo, CO 80821 <br />,/ / / <br />Re: Receipt of 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Perm;t Application, O'Dwyer, File No. M-2002- <br />017 <br />Dear Mr. Blake: <br />On February 27, 2002, the Division of Minerals and Geology received yow 110 Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit application for the O'Dwyer, which is located in Lincoln County. All comment and review <br />periods began on February 27, 2002. The decision date for yow application is scheduled for March 29, 2002. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notice <br />to all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all owners of record <br />of lands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days after submittal. <br />You must submit proof of the notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail -Return Receipt Requested, to the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the <br />application on file in ow office must also be reflected in the public review copy which has been placed with the <br />Lincoln County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing yow application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the <br />Act.
