<br />Exhibit A (Sheet 1 of 3) <br />Gravel Pit Iil <br />A tract of land situate in Section 29> Township 5 North, Range 55 West of <br />the 6th P. M., Morgan County, Colorado, being more particularly described <br />as follows: <br />Considering the West line of said Section 29 as bearing S 00°00'00" E <br />and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto; commencing at the <br />Northwest corner of said Section 29, proceed <br />S 60°49'57" E, 2462.21 feet to the point of beginning; <br />thence N 87°47'00"' E, 1680.00 feet; <br />" S 02°13'00" E, 445.00 feet; <br />" S 87°47'00" W, 1680.00 feet; <br />" N 02°13'00" W, 445.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />The above described tract contains 17.16 acres more or less, <br />of which Mr. Headley has mined or will mine 14.52 acres. <br />The access to this pit is over the easement described in Gravel Pit 113 <br />and Gravel Pit 1l2 and also includes the following additional road, which is <br />20 feet each side of a line described to-wit: <br />Beginning at a point along the west side of Gravel Pit 112 <br />described as S 53°58'13" E a distance of 3605.98 feet from the <br />Northwest corner of said Section 29, proceed N 26°24'10" W a <br />distance of 554.92 feet to the South side of Gravel Pit 111. The <br />area encompassed by this easement is 0.51 acres more or less. <br />Gravel Pit 1l2 <br />A tract of land situate in Section 29, Township 5 North, Range 55 West of <br />the 6th P. M., Morgan County, Colorado, being more particularly described <br />as follows: <br />Considering the West line of said Section 29 as bearing S 00°00'00" E <br />and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto; commencing at the <br />Northwest corner of said Section 29, proceed <br />S 51°26'33" E, 3739.62 feet to the point of beginning; <br />thence N 02°13'00" W, 715.00 feet; <br />" N 87°47'00" E, 680.00 feet; <br />" S 02°13'00" E, 715.00 feet; <br />" S 87°47'00" W, 680.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />The above described tract contains 11.16 acres more or less, <br />of which Mr. Headley has mined or will mine 8.37 acres. <br />The access to this pit is over the easement described in Gravel Pit Iii and <br />also includes the following road, which is 20 feet each side of a line described <br />to-wit: <br />Beginning at a point along the east side of Gravel Pit 113 <br />located S 45°35'55" E a distance of 3513.02 feet from the North- <br />west corner of said Section 29 proceed N 46°58'13" E a distance <br />of 464.14 feet to the west side of Gravel Pit 112. The area encom- <br />passed by this easement is 0.43 acres more or less. <br />
