EXHIBIT A
The gravel operations conducted by Applicant consists of
three gravel pits located in Section 29, Township 5 N, Range
55 W of the 6th P.M. and one gravel pit located in the SW 1/4
of the SE 1/4 of Section 30 and the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
Section 31, Township 5 N, Range 55 W of the 6th P.i$. in Morgan
County, Colorado. The pits are more particularly described as
follows:
Gravel Pit No. 1: `
A tract of land situate in the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section
29, TSN, R55W. Considering the West line of said Section
29 as bearing S 00 00' 00" E and with all bearings con-
. tained herein relative thereto; commencing at the NW
corner of said Section 29, proceed:

The above tract contains 17.16 acres more or less, of which
Mr. He-ac-Tley as mine3or`wiTL mine acres. The access to
this pit is over the easement escri~ed in Gravel Pit No. 3
and Gravel Pit No. 2 and also includes the following addi-
tional road, which is twenty (20) feet each side of a line
described, to-wit:
Beginning at a point along the West side of Gravel Pit
No. 2 described as S 53° 58' 13" E, a distance of 3605.98
feet from the NW corner of said Section 29, proceed N 26°
24' 10" W, a distance of 554.9 o the South si
of Gravel Pit No. 1. ~ area encompassed by this ease%

Gravel Pit No. 2:
