This report is filed in accordance with Rule 2.U2.6(3)(a) of the Regulations
of the Colorado Mined Lana Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, adopted in
accordance with the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et seg.
The purpose of tnis report is to update the Division on exploration ana
reclamation activities that nave occurred in the past 1dU days of active
prospecting. The report also indicates any cnanges in operations from what
was stated in the original Notice of Intent sent to the Division. The
Operator nay use tnis form, modify tnis form, or use a different format .

1. Describe what and where reclamation activities nave occurred in the
past 180 days. Mention sealing and plugging, reyrading, retopsoiling and
reseeding activities. (Attacn additional payes, if neetlea.)
Four exploration sites have been drilled, plugged, graded, and seeded in
accordance with the Exploration and Reclamation Plan submitted with Notice of
Intent No. X-88-168-22. A total of 152 sites have been drilled and reclaimed.
All drilling equipment and personnel have vacated the area. No further
exploration or monitor well construction will be conducted under this Notice
of lntent.
