LAND OWNER PERMISSION & REVISED DRILLING <br />PROGRAM <br />Dear Mr. Burnell: <br />Western Fuels-Colorado (WFC) has received permission from land owners to drill twenty <br />four drill holes. I have attached a map (Exhibit A) and a table (Exhibit B) with this letter to <br />show the drill holes for which WFC has received permission to drill from the surface and <br />mineral owners. Copies of the permission to drill are also included with this letter. <br />WFC hereby requests DMG to approve a revised drilling program to include the twenty <br />four drill holes shown in Exhibit A. These drill holes are numbered as follows: <br />NHTP06P-98 & 99 <br />NHTP06P-100 to 113 <br />NHTP06P-115 <br />NHTP06P-125 & 126 <br />NHTP06P-131 to 135 <br />Please note that WFC's application had included thirty eight drill holes. Should WFC be <br />successful in receiving permission to drill one or more of the remaining fourteen holes, <br />WFC will request DMG to amend the permit to include additional drill holes. WFC has <br />submitted to DMG a reclamation bond for all thirty eight drill holes. <br />WFC would like to start the drilling program as soon as possible.
