Dist. #2 Pit
Our file nos. 78-95 and 79-216, respectively
Dear bir. Rupp:
A continuance of consideration of the amendment to the Dist. #1
Pit was granted by the T4ined Land Reclamation Board on November
19, 1980. I have now scheduled this item as well as considera-
tion of t)te Dist. #2 Pit application for the December 17-18,
1980 meeting. Before that time, I will need the adequacy
materials for the Dist. #2 Pit application (as previously
discussed). I will also need the replies to the adequacy
questions in my letter of October 29, 1980 concerning ttte Dist.
#1 Pi T. amendment. If a permit is approved for the Dist. #2 Pit
the Cease and Desist Order against Fremont County can be lifted
and the Dist. #1 Pit amendment can be granted by the Board.
I will be in the field from the afternoon of December 9 through
December 12. Therefore, I suggest that you submit these
materials as soon as possible. If I may be of any assistance
in this matter, please call me.
Sincerely,
*9ark S.
