EXHIBIT G (Cont'd) <br />' STATE Et1GINEER'S WELL P7Ut1IIER: 015980-F <br />!BEANS OF DIVERSION: Well and pump. •:- <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That for purposes of clarification <br />the following statement by applicant be incorporated into, and <br />made a part of, this award: <br />Applicant states that wells heretofore registered as <br />irrigation wells, identified by Nos. 10409 and 10410 <br />' have been directly affected by the granting of the <br />permit No. 015930-F in the following manner: <br />~ No. 10409 is continued to be used as supplemental <br /> irrigation on the land described in the legal descrip- <br />' tion attached to the information filed with this <br /> application pertinent to that permit, and the area <br /> being irrigated has been reduced by the 24 acres <br /> limitation under permit No. 015980-F; further, well <br />' identified by permit No, 14010 has been affected <br /> similarly by the pumping of this water formerly <br /> used for irrigation directly into the Arkansas River <br />as compensation for the evaporative losses, all in <br /> accordance with the requirements established by the <br /> .State Engineer's office and correlated with them. <br /> <br /> ZT IS FURTHER ORDERED That applicant shall install and <br />' maintain such water measurement devices, recording devices, <br /> content gauges and inlet and outlet measurement and recording <br />' devices, as the case may be, as are deemed essential by the <br /> Office of the State Engineer, and the same shall be installed <br />' <br /> and operated in accordance with instructions from said Office. <br />' IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That copies of this ruling shall <br /> be mailed as provided by statute. <br />' Dated and filed with the Water Clerk this 25th day of <br />' April P.
