' be affected by the ruling of this Court in Case No. W-145.
6. That applicant has certain other surface water rights
' on approximately 100 acres of land as follows:
Hamp-Bell Ditch rights for 1.03 c.f.s, under Priority
' No. 27; 0.29 c.f.s. under Priority No. 36; 0:4 c.f.s.
under Priority tio. 59; and 7 shares of Bessemer Irrigation
Ditch Company.
