<br />known as Hardscrabble Rd., the Bessemer Ditch right of way, the portions conveyed to
<br />Pueblo County, and subject to existing right of way of the Denver and Rio Grande RR
<br />Co.'s RR tract, as such right of way appears of records; and subject to existing rights
<br />of way for roads, ditches and laterals.
