cords; thence running S. 26° W. (Var, 12° 45' E.) 418 ft. to cor. #2 a point on the N.
boundary of the rt. of way of the Bessemer Ditch $ 150 ft. from the center of said
ditch; thence Ely. following the meanderings of the said N, boundary of the Bessemer
Ditch right-of-way to its intersec. with the {V. line produced of Sec. 32, th. N, along
said line to its intersec. with the S. side of the Hardscrabble Rd., thence {Yly.
along the S, side of said road to the place of beg., cont. 24.1 acres, exclusive of
acre contained in said tract belonging, to School Dist. 22, it being the design to
convey all that tract of land bounded by the Hardscrabble Rd., the line from cor. #1
to corner #2 mentioned above, the right of way of the Bessemer Ditch and the i4. line
of that certain piece of land mentioned hereinafter as being described on page 97,
book 69 of Pueblo Count}• records except one acre conveyed to School Dist. #22 on above
set forth. Also; that certain other tract or parcel of land described and bow~ded as
follows, to wit: Beg. at a point on the lV. line of Sec. 32, Twp. 20 S., R. 65 {ti„ 168
ft. N. of the S19 cor. of said Sec., and 50 ft. S. of the center of the tract of the
D $ RG RR, being the intersection of the {4. line of said Sec. 32 S the S. line of the
right of way of said RR; th running Sly. along the N'. line of Sec. 32, to the said
S{Y cor. thereof; th on the same line to its intersection with the N. side of the County
Rd. known as the Hardscrabble Rd.; th N1Vly. along the N. side of the said Rd. to its
intersec. with the S. line of the right-of-way of the said D $ RG RR, th Ely. along
the S. line of said right of way of said railroad to the place of beg. The same being
the whole of that tract of land lying between the Hardscrabble Rd., the right of way
of the D 6 RG RR and the {V. line of a certain tract of alnd described on pg. 97 of
book 69 of the Pueblo County reocrds. Excepting herefrom the tracts conveyed in
Book 1602, page 605, Book 1656, Page 765, Book 1656, Pg. 769, a portion of Hy. 96, also
known as Hardscrabble Rd., the Bessemer Ditch right of way, the portions conveyed to
Pueblo County, and subject to existing right of way of the Denver and Rio Grande RR
Co.'s RR tract, as such right of way appears of records; and subject to existing rights
of way for roads, ditches and laterals.
