The scale house at the site is a mobile/temporary scale se[ owned by fIard Rock Redi-iLlic, Inc. f-Iard <br />Rock has agreements with blr. Gray allowing site access, right to mine and stockpile materials and <br />mobilize to the site and operate the necessary equipment types needed for site operations. Scales are <br />used to weigh all materials removed from the site and to determine the subsequent roy'alty' payments <br />as per the agreement. <br />2. :1ll topsoil will be reserved at the site for reclamation activities. No topsoil will be removed from the <br />site. <br />3. Secondary' contaitnnent for site hazardous materials (ie. temporary fuel and lubricants' for mobile <br />process equipment) has been constructed and consists of a bermed enclosure surrounding the <br />temporary site fuel storage area (tank and drums) observed during the rece»t site inspection of <br />11/20/03. Other than [he bermed area, vohunes of fuels and other lubricants and/or hazardous <br />materials will be that volume contained in the tanks and reservoirs of each separate equipment type. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions at (719) 655-2709.
