This report is filed in accordance with Rule 2.U2.(i(3)(a) of the Regulations
of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, adopted in
accordance with the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et sue.
Tne purpose of this report is to update the Division on exploration and
reclamation activities that nave occurred in the past 18U days of active
prospecting. The report also indicates any changes in operations from what
was stated in the original Notice of Intent sent to the Uivision. The

altogether.
