Long <br />Dmrswn Director <br />On March 23, 1995, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your application package for a Limited Impact Operation <br />(I 10) Reclamation Permit for the Peterson Pit, File No. M-95-023. Preliminary review determined that the (oBowing items must <br />be submitted before your application can be considered submitted and technical review can begin: <br />Application Form and Exhibits: You must be specific about the number of acres to be permitted and the acreage amount <br />must be 9.9 acres or less in order to qualify for a limited impact permit. Item No. 3 of the Application Form (Permitted <br />Acreage), and all Exhibits where the acreage is listed as 10 acres more or less must be changed. <br />Application Form: The Division received lwo (2) copies of the application form. Please subntit an original signed and <br />notarized application. <br />EXHIBIT B -Site Description (Rule 6.3.21: Please submit the (o0owing information pertaining to the general site <br />description of the area to be ntined: <br />1.) Identify any permanent man-made structures within two-hundred feet of the affected area. If there <br />aren't any, Please state this. <br />2.) A description of any water resources in the area. Identify any streams, springs, lakes, etc. If there <br />aren't any, please state this. <br />You tray amend the application by submitting aB o(the requested items. In accordance with Rule 1.8, a new decision date will <br />be established 30 days fiom the date of receipt of all requested items. If you have already initiated publication, you will need <br />w republish notice which specifies the firtal date for receiving comments is ten (10) days after the date of publication or the next <br />regular business day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical deficiencies in your application.
