The proposed Mamm Creek Sand & Gravel Pit in Garfield County is located approximately
1.8 miles east of Rifle, Colorado on the North side of Interstate 70 at an approximate elevation of
5330 to 5375. The property concerns two parcels involving different ownership as noted below.
The eastern parcel contains 302.59 acres. The western parcel contains 180.41 acres. The total
