~FC~ <br />NINHD LAND~LDLIP III IIIIIIIIIIIII III S.UAT~ (Revised) ~ <br />/~~~J <br />s99 <br /> <br />for limited impact and select regul R <br />0 <br />ar mine applicatio'i:,~„ 2 /9g~ <br /> /~A~ <br />The following information pertaining to wildlife is provide d fdfc.~ <br />use by Mined Land Reclamation Board in their consideration of a `~ ~~~~ <br />mining permit for: <br />~~ <br />Emerald Vista Estate; File No. M-94-006; T33S-R63W-S15 <br /> Name/Type and Location of Mine (Legal) <br />Wildlife Species List: Small mammals, mule deer, pronghorn <br />antelope, songbirds. <br />8ndangered/Critical Species/Impacted: None known. <br />Critical Habitats/Vegetative Communities Impacted: Primarily <br />ahorgrass prairie with Juniper/Cedar breaks. No riparian or other <br />critical habitats known. <br />Assessment of impact: Impacts should be minimal if proper <br />reclamation is performed. Mining proposal is contained within an <br />existing subdivision with no known critical wildlife habitat. <br />Nine Reclamation Recommendations (include key species/habitats for <br />which restoration is designed): Topsoil should be stockpiled and <br />temporarily seeded if stored for longer than one growing season. <br />Native species should be used in the reclamation vegetation mix. per <br />S.C.S. recommendations.
