The permittee shall notify the Division, in writing, of any planned physical alterations or additions to the permitted facility. Notice is
required only when:
a. The alteration or addition could significantly change the nature of increase the quantity or pollutants discharged; or
b. The alteration or addition results in a significant change in the permittee's sludge use or disposal practices, and such alteration,
addition, or change may justify the application of permit conditions that are different from or absent in the existing permit,
including notification of additional use or disposal sites not reported pursuant to an approved land application plan.
The permittee shall give advance notice to the Division of any planned changes in the permitted facility or activity, which may result
in noncompliance with permit requirements.
Whenever notification of any planned physical alterations or additions to the permitted facility is required pursuant to this section„
the permittee shall furmish the Division such plans and specifications which the Division deems reasonably necessary to evaluate the
effect on the discharge, the stream, or ground water. If the Division Ends that such new or altered discharge might be inconsistent
with the conditions of the permit, the Division shall require a new or revised permit application and shall follow the prFOCedures
specified in Suctions 51.5 through 61.6, and 61.15 of the Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations. _,
