Long <br />Type of Permit: 112c Division Director <br />Permit Date: Febmary 11, 2002 <br />(Anniversary date for <br />annual report and fees <br />PmP~) <br />THIS PERMIT is issued by the Mined Land Reclamation Board, Department of Natural Resources, <br />State of Colorado. <br />RECITALS <br />A. The Permittee, Fremont County desires to conduct a mining operation (mown as Indian Springs <br />Park Pit, for the purpose of extruding Gravel. The Pemuttce will not mine any secondary commodities at this <br />site. <br />B. On December 10, 2001 the Mimed Land Reclamation Board (the "Board") approved the <br />Pemuttee's application for this permit and directed that this perndt be issued upon the filing with the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology (the "Division's of performance vvarrurty approved by the Division. Said warranty has <br />been filed with the Divisiwr. <br />C. If the Pemiittee desires to extract materials other than those fisted in (A), a separate pemut may <br />be required. <br />D. On December 10, 2001 the Board made the following findings: <br />1. The application for this permit complies with the requirements of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Ad for the Extraction of Construction Materials, C.RS. 34-32.5-101 et sue., as amended, and <br />with all applicable local, state and fixleral laws; <br />Z. The operation will nd adversely affect the stability of any significant, valuable, and <br />pemrarrerrt man-made strudrrre located within two hundred feet of the Affected Land, except where there is an <br />agreement between the Operator and the persons having an interest in the stnrdure that damage to the stiudure is <br />to be co~sated for by the Pemuttee; and; <br />
