This ie formal notice of the action taken by the Mined Land Reclamation Board
at the May 24, 1977 meeting. It was determined by she Board that Nieleone
currently has thirteen Gravel operations in the state. Tha statue of each

It was decided that permits would be required on all operations currently un-
permittad, and that all applications would have to be heard at the same date
in accordance with C.R.S. 1973, Section 34-32-120, as amended. The Board unani-
mously approved the issuance of Cease and Desist Orders on all tan uaparmitted
operations with the proviso that the Board will hold an emergency spacial
meeting, if necessary, at the earliest data all eleven applications (including
the conversion/amendment of the Grace Pit permit) plus any other unpermitted
operations you may have conducted can be heard. In addition, the Board stipu-
lated that if Nielaons does not have applications submitted on all unpermitted
