In addition, corrective action shall be taken <br />immediately to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease. A description of the corrective action taken should be <br />included with the DMR. <br />LJ <br />e. Salinity Parameters <br />In order to obtain an indication of the quantity of Salinity being discharged from the site, the perminee shall monitor <br />[he wastewater effluent a[ the following Frequencies: <br />Outfalls Frequency Sample Tvoe <br />002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 008, 009, Quarterly Grab <br />010. 011, 0I?, 013, 014, 015, 016 and0I7 <br />Self-monitoring sampling by the permittee (or compliance with the monitoring regduements specified in Pan LB.I. shall <br />be performed at the Following locations: outfalls 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 008. 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 0I6 <br />and 017 - at the outfall o(the sedimentation ponds prior to entering the immediate receiving waters. <br />If the permittee, using the approved analytical methods, monitors any parameter more frequently than required by this <br />permit, then the results of such monitoring shall be included in the calculation and reporting of the values required in the <br />Discharge Monitoring Report Form or other forms as required by [he Division.
