Therefore, a permitis being <br />issu?d. Two signed originals of the permit have been executed. We have kept <br />one •:oov for our files and are enclosing one copy for your use. Please read <br />the terms of the permit. It is your responsibility to comply with all of the <br />terms of the permit. As a reminder, here are a few things we feel are <br />important. <br />I.
