The <br />Division of Minerals and Geology is required to hold financial warranties sufficient to assure that <br />the State Engineer's standazds will be met in the event the state becomes responsible for the site. <br />To release a slurry wail financial warranty, an operator must provide the Division documentation <br />of compliance with the State Engineer's lined reservoir performance standazds.
