Inc. and <br />Principal Shazeholders: <br />HGTI currently holds one coal mining permit. Permit C-92-081 for the Hayden Gulch Loadout <br />was issued to HGTI on May 22, 1993. The Hayden Gulch Loadout was originally part of Permit <br />C-80-003. The Loadout facility was transferred from H-G Coal Company (HGCC) as part of an <br />Asset Purchase Agreement between HGCC and HGTI. Because it was part of an existing <br />permit, HGTI filed a permit application on December 14, 1992, which resulted in issuance of <br />Pemut C-92-081. <br />Appendix 3-1 presents a listing of current, previous and pending coal pemvts held by HGTI and <br />its principal shazeholders. <br />
