Rule 6.2.1 (2)(b) requires that maps except the index map be prepared and signed by a registered land <br />`H surveyor, professional engineer or other qualified person. Your Exhibit E maps have an approving <br />person's initials but no signature of the prepazer. Please provide the signature. <br />d`^~. Rule 6.2.](2)(e) requires that the Exhibit E maps have a title. Please change the titles to Mining plan <br />~T, Map and Reclamation Plan Map as required by Exhibit E. <br />~ !Exhibit A-Legal Description and Location Map <br />•~ !it ~ <br />- ~ ~ Rule 6.3.1(1) requires that the legal description identify the affected land and specify affected areas. <br />~ ~ The description must be by township, range and section to [he nearest quarter quarter section. Your <br />description describes a parcel of land of 378.46 acres whereas your application is for a permit area of <br />9.9 acres. Please describe the permit area to at least the nearest quarter quarter section (40 acre parcel) <br />Exhibit B-site Description <br />~j ` ~,~ In accordance with Rule 6.3.2 (a) provide a description, such as a Natural Resource Conservation <br />~„~U("'J~ Service range site description, of the native rangeland vegetation. Provide at a minimum a list of the <br />major important species and an estimate of their percent of [he total vegetative composition. The local <br />NRCS office may provide you with this information. <br />~ Q 2.~ ~ You have stated that there are no structures within the affected area of the site. Rule 6.3.2(6) requires <br />l ~1 i that you identify any permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected area and the owner <br />of each structure. Since your present permit area is for 9.9 acres, the haul road can only be added if it will <br />disturb less than 0.1 acre.
