The subsoil is light brownish gray fine sandy <br />loam about 30 inches thick. <br />Permeability is moderately rapid, and the available <br />water capacity is high. Reaction is moderately alkaline. <br />These soils are used mainly for hay and grazing. The soil is also well suited <br />to pasture and native grasses.
