<br />D. The thickness of the gravel deposit to be mined is approximately 20 feet. <br />E. The mining operation facilities will be located in the Westerly area of the site (see <br />EXFIIBIT C -map, for the operations location) <br />F. The disturbance area and stockpiles are shown on EXI-IIBIT E <br />G. The mining operation will use a private access road connecting to existing County <br />Road no. 127. <br />H. Daily consumption is estimated at 1500 gallons of water or approximately'/~ load <br />of water in a typical water truck. Water will be delivered to the site in a Rio <br />Blanco County water truck. <br />During both mining and reclamation no impact on ground water is anticipated. <br />The mining operation will be conducted in such a manner as to maintain the <br />existing surface drainage. All mining and processing operation will be designed <br />to manage storm runoff so that no sediments flow to existing drainage. <br />No existing water right will be affected. <br />K. No refuse, acid or toxic producing material are anticipate. <br />t.. During both mining and reclamation no impact on ground water is anticipated. <br />The mining operation will be conducted in such a manner as to maintain the <br />existing surface drainage. All mining and processing operation will be designed <br />to mange storm runoff, so that no sediments flow to existing drainage. Side <br />slopes will be no greater than 3:1 and grade of not less than 1% on the floor of the <br />mined azea will be consistence with range land use. <br />M. All materials will be processed on site. Mining operation may utilize scrappers, <br />dozers, front end loaders, crushers, and conveyors and possible asphalt plant. The <br />mining operations facilities will be located in the Northeasterly area of the site <br />(see EXI-IIBIT E -map, for the operation location). <br />N. The primary commodity of the mining operation will be gravel to be used to serve <br />the needs of the Rio Blanco County Road and Bridge in road repair and surfacing. <br />o. There are no incidental products to be mined or extracted. <br />
