a. There are no man-made structures within two hundred feet ofthe affected area. A
private access road runs through the westerly portion of the affected area. (see
EXIIIBIT E -map)
C. During both mining and reclamation no impact on ground water is anticipated.
The mining operation will be conducted in such a manner as to maintain the
existing surface drainage. All mining and processing operation will be designed
to manage storm runoff; so that no sediments flow to existing drainage.
D. A wildlife statement prepared by the Colorado Division of Wildlife (DOW) is not
required for Limited Impact Operations.
