Jones <br />Resource Conservationist <br />Natural Resources Conservation Service <br />a. There are no man-made structures within two hundred feet ofthe affected area. A <br />private access road runs through the westerly portion of the affected area. (see <br />EXIIIBIT E -map) <br />C. During both mining and reclamation no impact on ground water is anticipated. <br />The mining operation will be conducted in such a manner as to maintain the <br />existing surface drainage. All mining and processing operation will be designed <br />to manage storm runoff; so that no sediments flow to existing drainage. <br />D. A wildlife statement prepared by the Colorado Division of Wildlife (DOW) is not <br />required for Limited Impact Operations. <br />
