Also the seeds of these two <br />species should be broadcast seeded in advance of drill seeding the other species in the mix. <br />c) In Exhibit L -Reclamation Cost Estimates, Table L-1 Revcgetation Seed Mixture Costs contains a <br />footnote which states that "Species described subject to change without notice as applied to affected <br />lands. The Division cannot accept this. $owever, minor alterations of the mix, for the purpose of <br />research and the evaluation of performance of various species maybe allowed contingent upon review <br />and approval by the Division. Major alterations to the mix will require a Technical Revision, <br />Q) Exhibit L -Reclamation Costs <br />Overall the applicant has given a thorough description of disturbed area, recoiling sped mixes and other cost <br />related items.
