McCoy Aggregates, Inc. ("operator") desires <br />to conduct a mining operation known as McCoy Aggregates, Inc. <br />for the purpose of extracting Scoria <br />B. On Au ust 27 1g8; the Mined Land Reclamation' <br />Board ("the board" approved operator's application for [his <br />permit, fixed the amount of bond and directed that [his permit <br />be issued upon the filing with the Mined Land ?eclamation Division. <br />("the division") of t,ond i~ the amount so fixed in form and substance <br />approved by the division, and such bond nas been so furnished. <br />C. Operator has made a showing satisfactory to the board: <br />(1) [ha[ it will employ, during and after its underground <br />mining and surface operations, procedures reasonably designed <br />to minimize, as much as practicable, env;ronnental disturb- <br />ance from sur_h operation; (2) that ~t ~:r~ll :rp•,ide for <br />reclamation of the affected lands approaria[e to .he subse- <br />quent beneficial use of such lands; and (3) tnat, in [he <br />event of the failure of its proposed reclamation plan, it <br />will Cake ~.ehatever measures may be necessary [o assure the <br />success of reclamation of [he lands affected by such opera- <br />tions in accordance r•rith C.R.S. ig73, 34-32-101 et sea. <br />Rev. 1/7/EI <br />
