The finding of the Defendant Board of County Commissioners <br /> that changing conditions in the area justify the new <br /> classification to "A" Agricultural and the specific <br /> findings that continued growth of the City of Greeley <br /> and Weld County requires increased amounts of sand and <br /> gravel as building materials, are supported by competent <br /> evidence. <br /> 6. The finding of the Defendant Board that the subject <br /> property has unique characteristics which distinguish <br /> it from the surrounding land and thus make its rezoning <br /> essential is supported by competent evidence. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that this matter be dismissed <br /> with prejudice. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the time in which Plaintiffs may <br /> file a Motion for New Trial pursuant to Rule 59 C.R.C.P. is hereby <br /> enlarged to and including April 16, 1980. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Order of June 6, 1978, pro- <br /> hibiting physical changes from being made upon the subject <br /> property shall expire on April 17 , 1980, unless extended by this <br /> Court prior to that date. <br /> DONE IN OPEN COURT this '2C) of March, 1980. <br /> NUNC PRO TUNC March 17, 1980. <br /> BY THE COURT: <br /> JONATHAN W.
