Walther
Eeeculive D1reclor
Michael B. Long
Division Dvedor
The Division received your request for an extension of the decision due date. Your request for a
60-day extension does exceed the 365 day limitation, pursuant to Rule 1.4.5(3). However, Mr. H.
Btuce Humphries, Division Supervisor, said that an additional extension can be granted since it
appeazs the applicant will have all of the Division's concerns resolved within the extension
period. The extension request is hereby approved, so the revised decision due date is set for
December 17, 2001.
The DMG may not be able to approve any additional extensions after December 17, 2001 if the
permit application still has outstanding adequacy issues. Which means the Division may set the
matter for a Board hearing if all the adequacy issues aze not resolved by December 17, 2001.
The application, along with your latest response, will be reviewed once again to determine which
issues are still unresolved. You will be notified of the issues that still need to be addressed (if
any) in the next week or so.
Tf you have any questions, please give me a call.
Sincerely,
~~_ ~ ~,
James Dillie
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc: James Stevens, DMG
Johnney G.
