~__ <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO HALLENBECK RECLAMATION APPLICATION FOR <br />8.32 ACRES: <br />We will not be removing any overburden of that pit as <br />^,-,,,, the overburden has been removed, by an operation prior <br />5,~-"''~ to the Hallenbeck Construction Co. ownership. Sand <br />and gravel are excavated with a hydraulic backhoe, <br />loaded on trucks, and hauled to a crusher where <br />different road materials are processed on certain veins <br />of materials, aggregates are processed. This pit is on <br />a top of a hill with shale underlying all the aggregates <br />and it is on this shale that the house development will <br />be built after removal of said aggregates. Thus, all <br />sand and gravel will be removed from the level of the <br />shale, with use of the abovestated equipment, the total <br />of which covering approximately S acres more or less. <br />At the end of the operations, this uncovered land will <br />be adjoining a county roads gas line, electricity, and <br />domestic water are within 20 feet of the edge of the <br />subdivision when we are finished. <br />J <br />RECEIVED <br />MAY 1 8 1977 <br />RECLAMATION SECTION <br />Colo, Dept, of Natural Resources <br />
