My letter to
you dated July 5, 1978 and hand-delivered July 6, 1978 addressed
previously requested additional information or were clarified
during the inspection.
The question of Fremont County approval, Application Exhibit M,
cannot be fully clarified in advance of the July Board Meeting. An
indefinite continuance is therefore requested and we would appreciate
your acknowledgment. If it is necessary to go to the Fremont County
Board of Supervisors for acceptable approval, two or more months
could be involved.
Ideal still feels areas anticipated as involved in the life of
the quarry (80-100 years) should be included in the original
application with the knowledge that future amendments will supply
detail information impossible to furnish at this time. This de-
cision will depend upon area approved by Fremont County and further
consultation with the MLR staff and/or board.
Previous correspondence also indicated that a seeding mixture as
recommended by the Soil Conservation Service was inadvertantly
left out of the Niarch 1978 revision of the subject application.
Five copies of this information are attached to be inserted as marked
(Exhibit E, Page 8).
Also attached is a copy of
Ideal property ownership in
application maps and legal
Sincerely,,
~f l ~ii/c6LsQ~i
`! . ~, ,
R.
