(Golder) is pleased to submit this weekly summary of Phase Na Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) services performed for the Cresson Project during the period of May 20~' through May 26s', 2001. The weather during this reporting period was clear to partly cloudy. Approximate daytime low temperatures ranged from 20° F to 45° F, with highs ranging from 60° F to 73°. Light snow was recorded overnight on May 215. Weather observations were made on the five days worked of this seven-day reporting period. Construction Svnopsis Ames Construction Inc. (Ames) of Aurora, Colorado is the earthwork contractor for the Phase Na construction. Ames conducted Phase Na construction activities on three days (May 21st through May 23`d) of this seven-day reporting period. Ames continued Phase Na construction activities by conducting clearing and grubbing within the Phase Na azea. Ames continued to haul topsoil from the Phase Na area and hauled it to a designated stockpile location near the proposed Highway 67 and resumed clearing above the existing HWY 67. General locations of construction activities are shown on the sketch presented in Attachment A. Field Monitoring and Testing Activities Golder observed clearing of the Phase Na azea and noted that the activities conducted were within the disturbance limits.
