AIR QUALITY CONTROL PERMITS
The previously issued permit #P10695 was issued for
both the equipment and the site. Since that permit was
issued, the Colorado Department of Health has changed their
policies and now issues separate permits. When Cooley
Gravel Company transferred the permit to our name, it was
reissued for the crusher and screens only under the same
permit number.
Cooley Gravel Company is currently in the process of
obtaining the appropriate air quality control permit for the
site.
WATER QUALITY CONTROL
No NPDES or Colorado General Wastewater Discharge
Permit is required for these operators since no discharges
will occur.
OTHER PERMITS
No other permits are known to be required.
