The affected area falls within the current <br />5-year permit term disturbance area and, as such, is covered by the <br />provisions of the West Pit Bond. Please see the attached map <br />titled "MR-27, 1994 Development Drilling" for the drill hole <br />locations. <br />We recognize that the bond rider for the west pit has not yet <br />been provided to the Division and, as such, this drilling program <br />will not begin until the bond is submitted and accepted.
