Following are CAM-Colorado's responses to the DRMS' comments and concerns. <br />1. No response required. The DMRS stated the 180-Day Report meets the <br />requirements of Rule 2.02.6(3)(a). <br />2. Enclosed is the revised second page of the Drill Hole Report. A note was added <br />to the top of the page which states drill holes VB-06-03 and VB-06-10 were <br />completed as monitoring wells and drill hole VB-06-12 was not drilled. <br />3. A note was added to the center of the second page of the Drill Hole Report to <br />clarify how the holes were sealed. <br />4.
